How LiveShopia works

From the “I’ll take it” comment to the scanned parcel in eight steps: capture, WhatsApp cart, confirmation by your rules, label, invoice from your software, packing, courier statement.

  1. Prepare the live

Items get claim codes from 101 up and go into the presentation queue. You pick a sales profile: unique pieces, boutique with sizes, cosmetics with bundles, personal pickup. You can add an item mid-live with just a price.

    Comment capture

  2. Comments become reservations

The parser reads every comment, recognises intent, code, size and quantity, and reserves stock in comment order. Questions and negations reserve nothing. Anything unclear comes to your review queue.

  3. The cart goes out on WhatsApp

From your official number, through the WhatsApp Business Platform. The customer picks home or locker delivery, the address, cash on delivery or transfer, from buttons. Someone not linked yet types her @username or a code in the live.

  4. The order confirms by your rules

Cash on delivery with no deposit, a fixed or percentage deposit, or a deposit for new customers only. The customer’s trust level comes from her history. Proof of payment arrives as a photo or an “I paid” button.

    Cash on delivery without refusals

  5. The shipping label is created from the order

In your courier account, for home or locker delivery, with the cash-on-delivery amount. The customer gets the number on WhatsApp with the tracking link.

  6. Your software issues the invoice

Through a connector, at packing or at confirmation. The invoice shows in the order timeline. LiveShopia does not issue invoices.

    Invoicing

  7. The parcel is scanned at packing

Every item is checked by code before it goes in the box. The label prints after verification. The wrong size never ships.

  8. The courier statement closes cash on delivery

When the courier settles, importing the statement marks payments as received and highlights refused parcels, which go into the customer’s history.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need a website?

No. The live is the storefront, the comment is the cart, WhatsApp is the checkout. The public cart link exists for customers who prefer to see the order on a page, without an account.

What do I need before I start?

A TikTok or Instagram account you go live from, a phone number for the WhatsApp Business Platform and, once the connectors ship, a courier account and invoicing software.

How long does it take to start?

Connecting channels takes minutes. WhatsApp templates are approved by Meta, usually the same day. Your first live can run in assisted mode so you confirm every reservation yourself.
