You lose orders in the comments and can’t tell who took what.
On a good live, comments come faster than you can read. Capture reads all of them, recognises buying intent, the claim code, the size and the colour, and reserves stock in the order the comments were written. You keep talking; the order list writes itself.
How it works
Connect the channel
Instagram Live through Meta’s official API. On TikTok LIVE, comments come in through a capture service; until it ships, the manual cockpit adds a reservation in two taps.
Start the live from the app
Items carry claim codes from 101 up. You can add a new item mid-live with just a price.
The parser decides, in comment order
“I’ll take 38”, “103”, “me too 103 M”: intent, code, size, quantity. Questions (“how much?”) and negations reserve nothing.
You only see the exceptions
Unclear comments go to a review queue. In assisted mode you confirm every reservation before it locks stock.
What it does not do
- It does not read direct messages and does not reply in the comments.
- It does not work on lives from accounts you have not connected.
- It does not use a language model during the live: decisions are rules, so they are fast, predictable and explainable.
Frequently asked questions
What happens when two customers write the same code?
The first one by comment time gets the item. The second goes on the waitlist automatically and, if the first does not confirm in time, gets the item without you doing anything.
Does it understand typos?
Yes. Buy-words match with one wrong letter, and you can add the words your customers actually use.
Can I confirm every order myself?
Yes. In assisted mode the reservation holds stock until you confirm or release it, within a window you set.
Does it work on TikTok?
On TikTok LIVE automatic capture goes through an external comment-reading service, which is in progress. Until then the manual cockpit adds the reservation in two taps, with the same stock rules.
Pricing: a small subscription plus a price per processed order; a refused parcel counts as an order. Figures are announced at the commercial launch; during the pilot the app is free. Pricing
