Customers

You don’t know who refused three parcels and who bought ten times.

The customer never creates an account. Her file builds itself from the comment, from WhatsApp and from parcels: her TikTok or Instagram @username, phone number, last address, language, delivered and refused parcels. You see who is in front of you on every order.

The customer file Identities on channels, phone, addresses, orders, refusals, trust level, consents, notes.
Four trust levels New, established, trusted, risk. Computed from history; they decide whether cash on delivery needs a deposit.
Consents with source and date The live announcement only goes to those who opted in; a refusal is respected automatically.

How it works

  1. The first order creates the file

From the comment and the WhatsApp conversation: name, phone, address, language.

  2. Every parcel completes it

Delivered or refused, with the date. The trust level updates on its own.

  3. You add what you know

Tags, notes, person or company, IBAN for refunds, block from cash on delivery.

  4. Import and manual orders

Bring old customers from a CSV; orders from DMs are added in two taps.

What it does not do

  • It is not a blacklist shared between sellers: data stays with you, as GDPR requires.
  • It does not send marketing campaigns; the live announcement is a consented message, not a campaign.

Frequently asked questions

How does LiveShopia link the TikTok customer to the WhatsApp number?

Through the @username typed on WhatsApp, the last four phone digits written in the live, or a one-time code sent by the bot. After the first link, the cart arrives automatically.

Can I delete a customer’s data?

Yes, from her file. Only what the law requires for fiscal documents is kept.

Pricing: a small subscription plus a price per processed order; a refused parcel counts as an order. Figures are announced at the commercial launch; during the pilot the app is free. Pricing
