The service
LiveShopia is a web app that takes orders from the comments of connected lives, sends the cart on WhatsApp, creates shipping labels and invoices through the connectors you choose, and organises packing. The app does not sell your products, does not process payments and does not issue fiscal documents in its own name.
Your account
You are responsible for the connected accounts (TikTok, Instagram, WhatsApp Business Platform, courier, invoicing software) and for complying with those platforms’ terms. You are the controller of your customers’ data.
What we do not guarantee
External platforms can change their rules or interrupt access; connectors marked “in progress” are not functional yet. We do everything on our side to keep the app available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation during the pilot.
Price
During the pilot the app is free. At the commercial launch the price will be a monthly subscription plus a price per processed order, announced on the pricing page before it applies.
Termination
You can close your account at any time; we export your data on request and delete it after the legal retention period for documents.
