You invoice every private customer by hand, after every live.
An invoice is a fiscal document and must come from your invoicing software, the one that knows your series, VAT and e-invoicing. LiveShopia sends it the order at the right moment, receives the invoice back and places it in the order timeline. You copy nothing.
How it works
Connect SmartBill or Oblio
With the API key from your account. Connectors are in progress; SmartBill first.
Choose the moment
At packing, so the invoice reflects exactly what ships, or at confirmation.
The invoice comes back into the order
With the number and series from your software. Returns create the credit note in the same place.
What it does not do
- It does not issue invoices and does not keep your books.
- It does not send e-invoices to the tax authority directly; your invoicing software does.
- It does not tell you whether you need a receipt or an invoice: you settle that with your accountant, and the guide explains the rules.
Frequently asked questions
Do I have to invoice every private customer?
The rules depend on your legal form and how you collect payment. The guide on invoicing live sales explains what the law says and when a cash register is required.
Which invoicing software works?
SmartBill first, then Oblio in Romania. Other software joins through the same type of connector.
What happens on a return?
Returns are recorded in the order and the credit note is issued in your invoicing software through the connector.
Pricing: a small subscription plus a price per processed order; a refused parcel counts as an order. Figures are announced at the commercial launch; during the pilot the app is free. Pricing
