Team

Two of you work on orders and nobody knows who confirmed what.

A boutique selling on lives is rarely one person: someone talks, someone answers on WhatsApp, someone packs. LiveShopia has one business account with several people, each with what they are allowed to do, and every action stays signed in the order timeline.

Invitations by email The owner invites, the person sets a password and lands straight in the account.
The owner decides Settings, channels, invoicing and the team belong to the owner only. Everyone else works on orders, the live and packing.
Phone notifications Orders to approve, proofs of payment, messages that need a human: push notifications for whoever is on duty.

How it works

  1. Invite the person

From Team, with her email. She gets a link and sets her password.

  2. Work on the same account

The same orders, the same review queue, the same packing station.

  3. The timeline remembers

Who approved, who sent the cart, who scanned the parcel.

What it does not do

  • It does not have fine-grained roles yet (host, order operator, accountant); for now owner and members. Fine roles are planned.

Frequently asked questions

Can my accountant see only the invoices?

Not yet. Detailed roles, including one for the accountant, are planned; until then invoices live in your invoicing software.

Pricing: a small subscription plus a price per processed order; a refused parcel counts as an order. Figures are announced at the commercial launch; during the pilot the app is free. Pricing
